Since I am a human NOT a computer I know just how frustrating it can be for the whole family when the PC says “no, sorry not today!”. ce and poking your friends on social networks such as Facebook - your computer also often contains a lot of personal and even important financial information, both for the family and in many cases for the small home business like BITS n BYTES PCs. BITS n BYTES PCs are based in Weston Super Mare which is where I live, or I would be needing that sports car to commute to and from home. I started BITS n BYTES PCs primarily to provide professional yet affordable computer services and repair solutions to the home user and small businesses. We are Qualified home PC repair engineers working not from a huge office block like Microsoft, and not dressed in a suit and tie, no- at BITS n BYTES PCs it is just me in my tatty jeans and t-shirt that's seen more days than my granddad in his life, with a few like-minded friends, working from my 6 x 4 box room at home - and yet we can perform the same services for you that an IT department would for a large business, quickly, efficiently and most importantly, cost-effectively.... as I don't own a sports car other than on GRID and I keep my outgoings low and eat beans from a tin saving on water bills and washing up! We pass none of the overhead costs onto our customers and are far more interested in doing the job that needs to be done than in making as much profit as possible. This is the defining factor of my company and one I am proud to be responsible for. So when your computer plays up or isn't working as it was last night and it’s imperative that you get back on'line as soon as possible....DON'T pay over the odds!! We will answer your call politely and professionally, we will listen to you and we WON'T try and sell you what you are not looking for! On top of that we will not charge you for your consultation, and If we determine that you need assistance, a booking can be taken for our certified computer repairs engineer, (mmm that will be me!) to service your computer immediately. So don’t delay - BITS n BYTES PCs are waiting to get your computer working and get you back on'line!! At BITS n BYTES PCs we have over 20 years certified collage and hands on experience within ICT and computers (and I don't mean game playing or poking around on Facebook all day!!) from repairs, upgrades and services to custom built computers for gamers, home or office. At BITS n BYTES PCs all our staff are highly trained to the MCSE standards and we pride ourselves on job satisfaction with a warm, friendly, professional service and affordable prices - making for satisfied customers, and I am happy as long as my bank account is not completely empty - maybe one day that sports car, but for now I am happy with a decent bean free meal in my belly and the knowledge that I have helped yet another frustrated customer get their lives, and their computer, back on track!
