Its been a challenging week of delays faulty routers but we finally have one our oldest aged customer switched over to Full Sky fibre 150mb minimum speed and for £11 less than they were charging him for 45mb package and calls.

We knocked his sky TV package down from a scary £90 a month which included packages they'd sold him but he didn't want or use to a reasonable £25 a month.

Check your bills and availability every 6 months you never know if you could save a few £'s and get a better service from your same or a new provider.

If your on universal credit among others you can apply for social broadband with all providers sky offers a basic one from £12 a month no contracts.

Watch out for scams!

Recently we've had a number of victims who have been scammed under the guise of Insurance companies and the most recent Santander impersonators who go a victim to go to the bank itself and pay money to who they thought was their bank but was the scammers based in cyprus.

Keep your eyes peeled your Bank or insurance company won't ask for your personal details when contacting you nor ask you to install quick assist so they can assist you with your enquiry.

Please ensure you have 2 factor authentication turned on whenever possible as this will also be a preventative measure.
