Pippa is responsible for ensuring our clients receive real value from working with Arken. With a strong focus on client support, engagement and experience, she works closely with customers and colleagues to build strong relationships and help drive long-term success.

She enjoys solving problems, improving processes and turning good ideas into reality, always looking for ways to enhance the experience we provide to the firms we work with. Her focus on client success helps ensure we remain closely aligned with the needs of the firms we support and continue to deliver meaningful value.

Away from work, Pippa is kept busy with family life and, when she gets the chance to do something completely different, enjoys treading the boards as a wicked witch in a pantomime.

The Office of the Public Guardian has recently updated its LPA120 form and accompanying guidance.
