My 6-year old desktop suffered a catastrophic failure after a particularly heavy Windows update. Andy diagnosed the fault, replaced the hard disc and recovered all the files including documents and photographs. He then made sure that the computer functioned smoothly-which it did not immediately. It is now working better than before. Effectively the recovery was achieved in 2 ½ working days and at reasonable cost, representing around only 20% of the cost of a new computer of equal power. It is a great reassurance for the future to know that Andy is there.
