I just wanted to say a big Thank you for the work you did to my laptop earlier in the week.

When I say it was intermittently not finding the hard disc, I feared the worst. The advise to go for solid state one, plus upgrading the RAM and all done in 2 hours was exactly what I needed. I have been telling my friends all about you.

The pc is way faster as you said it would despite being 7 years old.

I will most certainly use you again.
