We have an immediate position available for an experienced bench technician, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of issues with Microsoft Windows and Apple systems.

Responsible for Fault Diagnosis, Data Transfers, Telephone and Remote Support and assisting customers with technical issues.

This is a customer facing position and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment is essential.

We are looking for someone who is presentable, conscientious, and happy to liaise with customers

The other is for a Saturday assistant to help with sales queries and assist customers in the shop- approximately 5-6 hours and this would ideally suit a young person with an interest in I.T.
