Now you can also support the library service by donating online. You don't have to donate. Hertfordshire Libraries are a universal and free service to the community. Your decision to d

It is the Great Big Green Week until 14th June - an opportunity for communities across the UK come together to celebrate looking after our planet and discovering simple ways to make a greener future. It’s a lovely time to explore nature, learn about reducing waste, and feel hopeful about caring for the world around us.

We have put together a selection of board and picture books which are perfect to share with young children, helping them build awareness of, and respect for, their environment in a fun and positive way: https://tinyurl.com/3rh8ed5n
