Some custom design and manufacture for a domestic situation.
A bracket / holder for a 5l food waste caddy to fit alongside an existing general waste bin.
Specification was to enable easy use - so no bending down to the floor - of the locking / sealing handle; preferably still leaving room underneath for the recyclable waste collection basket as in current use.
Made in ABS plastic for its rigidity and general strength and resistance to wear and tear.
Give us a call if you have any awkward situations need resolving - with the exception of marriage guidance! 😂

Tradespeople, our new 160mm manhole integrated handle cover is proving popular.
People realising that it’s a cheap way of replacing a broken or lost original from Clark Drains.

New larger model now available.
After a customer enquiry we have developed a 160mm long replacement for Clark Drain manhole covers.
Associated models are the T1G3 / T1G3P (external dimensions 440 x 440 x 43.5mm) and T11G3 (730.5 x 580.5 x 56mm) manhole covers - those with two screw fixing as in the photos.

Selling like ‘hot cakes’!
Replacement covers for the integral lifting keys on the Clark Drain CD300SR.
This drain cover is commonly used on block paved driveways to enable the drain to be covered with least visual impact.
When the originals are broken or lost the only real option is to ‘rob’ one from another cover or buy a complete new drain cover unit - at £40+ !
Recognising the need for a low cost alternative assaygo designed, and now produce, a well-fitting replacement - at a much lower price.

When these small covers go missing or break there is little option other than leave dirt to get into the handle, 'rob' a cover from another drain cover unit - or buy a complete new unit.
Now there is a better and cheaper option - we have designed and produced a reliable, well fitting replacement cover.

The finished article (in 2 sets) now completed and dispatched to the customer.
These have been specifically designed and built to fit the vertical metal bars on the Milwaukee Packout system - a range we brand as "Packside by assaygo" - and with each set comprising a bottom box with upper guide rail/holder to accommodate the carrying of 'long things' on the Packout stack.
They differ from our existing product in that they stretch across the whole side of the Packout boxes, with rail mounts built in at each end and a firm join in the middle between the two halves.

This job was built to the customer's specified front-to-back dimension of container, but a similar item to the same dimension as our existing single ended product will soon be available on eBay - I'll let you know when.
Meanwhile this single ended version is already available as eBay item number 316977252149 in either a left or right handed option should you wish to have a look.

New full side length tray in development. Fixed to both front and back Packout upright bars with a firm join in the middle.
Intended as a full length version of our ‘long things’ bottom tray and support and the fully developed version will have the higher walls of the current model, as shown in the last image.
