Do you worry that you might delete something accidentally? I will come to your home and help you with anything you are having trouble with on your PC or Mobile or Tablet. No questions are silly! This would cover

• Basic PC set up – some advice on what to buy PC / laptop wise
• PC training and support
• Help with the Internet – e.g. should you accept cookies, how to clear out your history
• iCloud

– what is it? Do you need it?
• PC backups – how to make sure you won’t lose your pictures, they are previous memories
• Mobile phone backups and linking to your computer
• Email set up – on PC or phone or tablet
• Are you on the latest software, can you upgrade
• Virus checking
• Windows 8….. made clearer

Have you or your parents received a new mobile phone or tablet for Christmas which they are worried about setting up and using?
I can help by providing support and training wherever you are in the Warlingham area.
I charge £20 per hour, with the first half hour of the initial consultation being free. Plus with provide phone support afterwards free.
I have over 20 years experience in IT.

This includes:
 How to make the most of your mobile PHONE
 Using and setting up social media
 Introducing Apps and how to set them up
 Backing up and synchronising your phone
