That’s a wrap for eduSafe 2026!

What a fantastic turnout from schools across the North at our eduSafe Wakefield conference, as we explored some of the toughest challenges schools face today in online safety.

From managing the impact of AI and gaming to implementing practical safeguarding frameworks and monitoring for SEND and vulnerable learners.

How can AI support inclusion and accessibility? In the latest session of our AI in Education project 25/26, eduthing EdTech Specialists, James Fraser - EdTech Specialist and Sarah Robinson, teamed up with Zoe Mather from nasen to deliver an in-depth session focused on utilising AI for Inclusion, covering:

⭐️ Effective & Appropriate use of Gen AI.
⭐️ UDL - Inclusive pedagogical framework.
⭐️ LLM Prompts & tools to support learners with engagement, accessibility and EAL.
⭐️ Notebook LM to support SENCOs workload.

It was fantastic to see such great attendance and hear the brilliant conversations from both our virtual and in-person attendees.

Navigating the digital world together at eduSafe Surrey 2026!

It was inspiring to see so many staff from our partner schools across the South come together with a shared passion: keeping our children safe online.

Moving beyond the basics to tackle the complex realities of modern digital life, sessions covering updates to the online safety landscape, navigating the rise of AI and the nuances of gaming, as well as ensuring safety practices are inclusive for SEND students and vulnerable learners through practical, forward-thinking discussions.
