Our Client is looking for a passionate & successful German-speaking Account Manager to work with their successful international team to develop sales opportunities with existing prospective clients.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention & growth of the UK customer base across their Virtual & Hybrid Events, Webcasting, PR, IR, & Webhosting solutions. Apart from identifying the opportunities to expand their portfolio through cross-sell digital solutions, you will also focus on building long-term customer relationships, partner with clients to understand their needs, objectives, challenges, & recommend solutions.

Tasks will include (but not limited to):
Develop effective relationships with key senior-level decision-makers & influencers at an assigned group of strategic customer accounts
Provide information about the organisation’s products & services through face-to-face presentations & phone conversations
Develop effective territory and account plans and then execute them
Locate the appropriate account buyers for renewal & upsell opportunities, and make introductions as necessary for Cross-Sellers
Achieve assigned sales billing and bookings quotas
Develop and maintain up-to-date expert understanding of assigned account solutions and understanding of relevant competitor solutions
Research and actively identify emerging trends that influence our client's value proposition
Identify & coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficiencies
Proactively manage pipeline; inputting, monitoring, & updating opportunities in a timely fashion
What you will bring…
Professional-level fluency in German & English
Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in a sales or account management role
Prior experience in selling SaaS products; Streaming, Virtual Events, PR or IR solutions
Experience in managing account relationships, identifying additional sales opportunities, & closing deals
Excellent communication skills to enable us to build long-lasting business relationships with our customers
Negotiation & influencing skills to maximise every opportunity
Excellent written & oral communication skills; experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences
A team player, demonstrate the importance of working as a team & supporting your colleagues
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, marketing, or a related field.
