We're changing our shop opening times at ProperGeeks and extending our mobile repair service availability by 10 extra hours every week.
Over the last year, we have experienced a much higher demand for our PC and Laptop Mobile Repair Service, and lower demand at weekends for our shop based service. We're reacting to this change by making more manpower available for the mobile side of our business. Our shop will still be open 9 - 4 Monday to Friday for the drop-off and collection of repairs, for computer accessories and printer ink and for our extensive range of new and used Laptops and PC's.
We are going to trial the new hours for the rest of this year and review the outcome in January. We will listen to feedback from customers too but we're hopeful that this change will help us to deliver a better all-round service.
If you've got any views you'd like to share, we'd be happy to hear them.

Our mobile and shop based services cover all of Wirral and Ellesmere Port. We never charge a callout fee, we operate a no-fix-no-fee policy and our young, profesional, qualified technicians are always here to help.
As well as repairs, our Leasowe Road store sells new and used Laptops, new and used Desktops and an extensive range of Replacement Ink Cartridges, Printers and Accessories.

Congratulations to our technician Sam Powell! Sam passed his driving test on Thursday and now has a combined role as mobile engineer and lead workshop engineer. Well done Sam - passed first time too!
Sam has already started his mobile work and has discovered all sorts of places he'd never visited before - such as Parkgate and Eastham. 'This has broadened my horizons no end', reported Sam after returning from his maiden call in Greasby.

Congratulations to Sam Coathup! Sam has spent the last 18 months training on his Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship course with Estio Training. Finally, the result came through yesterday, and Sam has passed the two part course, part one with a Distinction and part two with a Merit.
