๐ค The role and your future with DOVU
In three words, you will own Digital marketing.
In a few more words, your role requires you to have experience in digital marketing and communications, prioritisation and time management. You will need to build workflows to consistently design, build and execute marketing campaigns in order to help with our product growth.
Weโre looking for someone who has deep experience with marketing automation (ideally HubSpot) and is familiar with a broad spectrum of go-to-market metrics, processes, and tools. You should understand sales processes, digital marketing metrics, and how to translate Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs from idea to ex*****on.
You will be a key link between our marketing team, product team, and operations team, so while this role has a large technical component, being successful will require your ability to collaborate, balance priorities, and bring different groups together.
As we transition into a data-led company, this is no small challenge and we expect you to be well versed and make data driven decisions. You'll report to the CMO.
๐๏ธ The day-to-day
You will largely set your priorities, goals and ways of working with the CMO, but there is always the aspect of figuring things out on the fly.
Own the marketing technology stack (including Google Marketing Platform, Mailchimp, HubSpot and other tools for lead generation and automation), the technologyโs integration with our CRM as well as management of day-to-day operations.
Monitor database health, manage data initiatives - including segmentation and data augmentation from 3rd party tools and online sources - and continuously optimize.
Plan and execute engaging digital, and social media marketing campaigns
Assist with ideating and executing guerilla marketing awareness campaigns (e.g., Reddit, forums, etc.)
Assist in copy and creative development process (e.g., blogs, marketing collateral, social copy)
Optimize and monitor lead flow processes from initial inquiry to customer, including campaign tracking and sales handoff processes
Enable data-driven decisions for the marketing team through reporting and data analysis of program performance and impact on the business
Leverage data and analytics to identify marketing opportunities and implement a process for continual strategy improvement
Build on and improve existing business processes to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Optimize and build on existing email nurture campaigns with an analytical support, to drive maximum impact across nurture tracks.
Support marketing campaign evolution via A/B testing to optimize delivery, click through, and conversion
Leverage multiple channels to tether comprehensive data sets from sources such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Paid Advertising, etc.

Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Youโre passionate about learning and understanding new markets and opportunities to grow a brand
