AJ Tech Repair Turns 9 Years Old!

Today marks the 9th anniversary of AJ Tech Repair.

Nine years ago, I started this business, and just before the first COVID-19 lockdown, I made the decision to leave my day job and focus on it full-time. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I could have made. Thanks to the continued support of our customers, friends, family, and local community, the business has grown from strength to strength and continues to expand each year.

I am incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported AJ Tech Repair throughout this journey. Your trust and loyalty have played a vital role in our success.

⚠️Important reminder regarding visits to my property ⚠️

Please do not come to the front door of the main house to contact me, drop off devices, or discuss repairs, either during or outside of business hours. This week alone I’ve had several people arriving at my home door after hours, some as late as 8pm when my children are already in bed.

To be clear:
- The main property/front door is my private home.
- I do not conduct business from the house itself.
- If you come to the front door, you will not be seen.

All business is conducted through the grey office building at the rear of the property, during arranged appointment times only. If you miss your appointment or arrive late, please contact me the next business day to rearrange. Turning up at the house is not an alternative! There is signage on the door for a reason, and I ask that everyone respects it. Just because I work from home does not mean I am available 24/7. I keep a clear separation between my business premises at the back and my family home at the front.

Another important reason for this policy is that I have procedures in place for all repairs and device drop-offs, including:
- Device sign-in/sign-out processes
- Terms & conditions paperwork
- Required signatures and documentation

These processes must be followed properly for both your protection and mine.
