For the last five months, we have been contacting a group of customers who are on an old, legacy email system.

That system is due for a formal retirement today but will remain accessible for the time being. However, service may cease any time between today and 14th April.

If you find that you have no access to email, please contact the office urgently on 01225 776555 and if you have not previously seen the correspondence we have sent you, the team will be able to advise you what you need to do.

Over the past few months, I’ve had some really interesting conversations with fellow MSPs and IT support providers in my network.

A common theme keeps coming up…

All Microsoft services were restored by c. 1:30 pm.

Apologies to all affected. We took up the incident with our upstream supplier who have apologised to all concerned and taken step to ensure no reoccurrence of this type of incident.

Due to an error at our Microsoft software supplier, some users are having issues gaining access to their Microsoft 365 Accounts.

This issue has already been resolved but there may be a short delay while everything comes back online. If you are still experiencing issues after 1:30 pm today, the 19th of February 2026, please call our Support Desk on the usual number.

WE ARE HIRING - IMMEDIATE START

We are looking for an experienced finance manager / credit controller / bookkeeper for a well-established, local (Trowbridge) IT business. Experience with QuickBooks accounting software preferred. DM me in the first instance if interested.

Some customers are experiencing problems when trying to use the Cloud Heroes Customer Portal to manage certain aspects of their email. This is due to a supplier withdrawing their software from the market, which adversely affects the link to the Cloud Heroes portal.

There is no work around for this that will allow us to repair that link, so any changes that you require, that you may have previously undertaken yourself, will now need to be directed to the Cloud Heroes Help Desk.

The software in question was already due for retirement with effect from the 1st of February 2026. Any affected users will be receiving communication from us over the next few weeks detailing what the options are with regard to their email service moving forward.

Our apologies for any inconvenience.

CUSTOMER PORTAL - STATUS UPDATE

The portal is now back to full operational status whereby you can log support tickets, access the Knowledge base and so on.

If you receive an error message about the security of the site when you try to login, you may have to close your web browser down and reopen it, as that message will be coming from the browser cache.
