Last week, we successfully implemented a Starlink solution for a client, significantly improving their internet speed from 2 Mbps to over 250 Mbps. Given that the Starlink unit was installed on their office building, we extended the connection to the main hosue via CAT6 cabling. Subsequently, we installed four access points throughout the home to provide the client with seamless connectivity. As a result, they now benefit from a dependable and consistent connection to their seven 4K CCTV cameras, accessible remotely from any mobile device

After many days of diligent work, this project is nearing its completion, with only the CCTV installation remaining. The scope of this project included the installation of Wi-Fi access points strategically placed throughout the home, ensuring seamless connectivity. Additionally, a terrestrial TV antenna and amplifier were installed to enhance signal reception. A multi-room audio system was meticulously set up, featuring two ceiling speakers in the master bedroom, two in the bathroom, two outdoors, and two additional speakers in the bathroom. The centerpiece of this audio setup is a 7.1 cinema system situated in the spacious lounge area. All these components are precisely integrated into the central communications cupboard, which houses a Denon AVR, four amplifiers, a pre-amplifier for the multi-room system, and a 24-port network switch.

The customer reported several issues, including non-functional Ethernet ports, poor internet connectivity and poor TV signal. Our initial task was to organise the untidy cabinet installed by the electrician and upgrade some parts.
