It’s nearly the end of the month but What a great start to the week!!

WiFi setup and delivered and 3 PCs installed in schools so the teachers can concentrate more on teaching and less on worrying about a slow laptop 😊

Helpdesk call of the week : “When I print, my computer crashes”. Microsoft unfortunately issued a faulty update, which then applied automatically and caused your machine to crash every time you press the print button.

Good news : It’s now fixed - just run Windows Update.

Bad news: It doesn’t fix everything and some systems need manual updates to their networked printers.

Good news: We can probably fix it if you’re stuck.

Useful Tip - Vodafone have finally enabled Visual Voicemail if you’re iPhone user. To enable simply text ‘state’ to 100121

Happy hump day!!

So far this week The SOS team have been very busy working on email migrations to Office 365, laptop setups and iPads for schools, all 100+ of them have been setup to help kids with their home schooling giving us a nice warm feeling inside 😊
