Just had a customer bring in a laptop, he said Microsoft had rung him to say he needed a firewall. Sadly he believed the caller and paid for the "Firewall". Now they are connecting to his laptop, looking at what he is viewing and asking for bank details.
Please tell all older or less tech-savvy family and friends
MICROSOFT WILL NEVER RING YOU OUT OF THE BLUE.
Check the Microsoft website where they say
