As we are classed as Key Workers, From Next week, The iTechnician will be doing contact free Mobile repairs 1 day a week for people who really need there phone/ iPads fixing! I have gloves, masks, hand sanitiser, isopropyl, zip lock bags, and wet wipes!
Parts availability, is a little bit poor at the moment for obvious reasons, so there maybe a small wait for the part to arrive.
How it will work.
1. I will let you know when I’m outside,
2. Pop your phone on your doorstep.
3. I will collect the phone, with mask and gloves.
4. Take it to my car where I will clean it with isopropyl (99% alcohol and will not affect your phone as it’s usually used to clean connectors, motherboards etc so it’s the best solution to use)
5. Fix your phone,
6. Pop it into a new zip lock bag
7. Drop it back off at your door doorstep, once I have received payment via BACS/ PayPal.
8. Email a receipt with warranty.
iPads will be taken away as I need power to fix them, so will be returned within 48 hours subject to parts availability.
If anyone knows anyone who needs their phone fixing ask them to pop me a message to arrange the repair.
Priority will be given to NHS Staff & all key workers during this difficult time!
