Recently attended a PTA quiz night - Bonus points were up for grabs for a drawing of the host
It’s been a while since I properly picked up my sketchbook (or in this case - a pen and tablecloth) but I put in an effort. Sadly did not win anything though.

⭐️NEW WEBSITE⭐️

It was time for a long-overdue upgrade!
After a lot of hard work re-building my website and updating my web address to match my branding, you can now find me at https://drawanddesignbylucyg.co.uk

There are still a few teething issues with the responsive design but I'm working through them, any feedback will be gratefully received 😊

This week after the best part of a month off social media and work, I am reminding myself of what I really do. I create.
When there is nothing to create for others then it's time to get the sketchbook out and create for myself. More drawing coming soon!

Day 2 is all about Brand Values!

Believe it or not, my new logo took me 1h. After one particularly amazing session with I just thought about what I really offered people - Me. A small business that cares.
I want to make people love their new logo/product/ packaging, offer affordable services, create things that mean lots to little businesses and to help people get even more excited about their business …so I made myself the small business with the big heart ❤️

This special Daffodil is inspired by the Marie Curie which begins today. A much loved family member was once a Marie Curie Nurse and we always think of her when the Daffodils come out in March ❤
