At the Town Hall of Caldes de Malavella, Spain, heating and cooling had become a common problem - one part of the building was too cold, while another was too warm.

With LOXONE, each room now has individual climate control using Touch buttons with integrated temperature and humidity sensors. Heating and air conditioning respond automatically to real conditions, helping maintain comfort for employees while reducing unnecessary energy use.

The Lüneburg Water Tower in Germany, is a 56-metre monument, museum, observation deck and event space - with six floors dedicated to the story of water. As part of a major renovation, the goal was to automate every level while supporting the tower’s focus on sustainability.

Using LOXONE Air technology, lighting and exhibits now respond automatically to visitor presence, reducing unnecessary energy use throughout the building. A central button switches the entire tower into operating mode, while exterior and architectural RGBW lighting are managed through time functions such as sunrise and sunset.

On Level 2, where weddings, celebrations and concerts take place, guests can even adjust the lighting for their event - within defined user rights.
