Ahhhhhhhh that’s better.

I told the customer i could make a Frankenstein out of the bits they bought and couldn’t figure out how to put together. Once I got a case that would actually fit the motherboard, it took two evenings.

Win 11 Pro 🏆
MSI B850-S Logic Board👾
AMD Ryzen 5 7000 series 🫣 (it’s quick)
32 GB Corsair Vengance DDR5 🐏
Reused Radeon RX 580 GPU 📺
Reused 1TB Crucial MX500 💾

Not enough cable ties, but it’s tidy when it matters :-)

Good ole Mac battery 🪫 replacement.

Not bad for 5 years constant use

It’s better than it was before when it was solvent cleaner for every cell, now there are some pull strips which makes it easier

Did crap 💩 myself a little bit 🤏 when the battery sparked ⚡️ I thought this was gonna be my 1st lithium battery fire 🔥 but I was very lucky!

Anyway now on a full charge, discharge then 17hr charge to condition the battery.

If you need a battery replacement gimme a shout. I only use Mac parts from iFixit.com
