What an incredible achievement
KOP HILL CLIMBS PAST A £1 MILLION!
With a remarkable display of automotve history and community spirit, Kop Hill Climb proudly announces it has raised £108,000 from this year’s event, taking the total raised since
2009 to £1,085,000.
Over the years Kop Hill Climb has become synonymous with not only showcasing cars and
motorcycles from many eras and celebratng the history of the famous hill, but also making a
lasting impact on the local community.
The Kop Hill Climb organising commitee extends a heartfelt thank you to all the
participant, supporters, volunteers and visitors over the years who have helped to propel the amount raised past the £1 million mark and contributed to this remarkable
achievement. They commented “This achievement reflects not only our shared love for classic vehicles but also our commitment to making a meaningful difference to the lives of
those in need”.
The funds raised will be distributed in the New Year. The impact of these contributions
extends far beyond the event itself, leaving a lasting legacy that contributes to the well being
of the local community.
It highlights the positive outcome that can be achieved when a community comes together
for a good cause.
Next year’s Kop Hill Climb takes place on 14th and 15th September 2024.
