Our good friend and part of the adapt-it family Chad Michael Bouton has been working amazingly hard with a very talented set of game developers providing accessibility support on the 5th annual blind gamers Jam.

The game Delvers Folley an accessible game by an amazing team is now available to play.

Delve into a dungeon that is cursed by a strange creature. Each day, the rooms of this dungeon are never quite the same.
Open doors, draft a room, and explore the dungeon. Can you solve the mystery of the Suspicious Alcove (the only puzzle we have so far)?

Available for Mac, Windows, and Linux.
Mac has not been tested, anyone with a Mac that can try it out?

Intended to be playable with keyboard or controller, screenreader or TTS.
We would love to hear what did or did not work well for you regarding UX, controls, sounds and music, and the mechanics.

Today is International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

The theme of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2025 is "Fostering disability inclusive societies for advancing social progress” and with the backwards steps the world has been taking, this message is more important than ever.

An estimated 1.3 billion people – or 16% of the global population – experience a significant disability today and this number is gradually growing because of an increase in noncommunicable diseases and people living longer. You may think "Ahh this doesn't apply to me" so you ignore it but disability can happen to anyone at any time. It could be as simple as a broken leg and you need crutches or a wheelchair to get around. Suddenly that car parked on the pavement blocks you from safely traversing or your favourite restaurant has stairs at the entrance but there's no ramp so you can't get in.

Being disabled isn't the problem, the barriers set by society and the 'Not my problem' attitude are.

When worlds collide! 🌍💥

Did you know that you could use Cosmo by Filisia switches to control Voiceitt?

Functions within Voiceitt such as ‘Click to speak’ have keyboard shortcuts associated with them and within the Cosmo Switch Setup app, you can set the switch to act as certain characters.
