A little reminder to keep an eye for suspicious emails. If you don't recognise the email address or sender name, delete the email. Don't click on any links. If it's important they'll send another email or contact you via other methods. Never, ever, respond to requests for payment via email.

Scammers use tactics like creating a sense of urgency, to catch you out into making rash decisions!

Watch out for spelling mistakes and grammatical errors, poor formatting, bad quality images etc.

If in doubt - delete and don't click on anything. Don't enter your login details for online accounts.

Good session with a regular customer the past week to keep their computer updated. Ensuring file history is running and also taken image backup for boots and braces measure. Remember sync is not the same as backup.

Windows 10 goes End of Life/End of Support in October 2025. This means security updates will no longer be installed. Your computer will continue to run but we don't recommend you use it for online shopping or banking without upgrading.
