So the first proper ride didn't go so well. First off the good, thanks to the battery and motor being as low and centere...

So the first proper ride didn't go so well. First off the good, thanks to the battery and motor being as low and centered as possible and the fairly aggressive geometry it descends extremely well and is very planted through the rough stuff. Now the bad, while riding and towing my bro up one of the climbs the speed controller (improperly assembled) over heated and blew a couple of MOSFETs causing the motor to get FULL POWER with no way to shut it off - which was fun. A new properly assembled speed controller has fixed the issue but has highlighted the need for an emergency shut off switch that's connected directly to the battery. Also as I kind of expected the floating brake mount design is a little too flexy, so a redesign or welded on brake is needed in the future.
