If the warehouse looks busy, that's because it is... 👀

Today has been our busiest dispatch day of the year so far, with five Arctic loads already out the door and even more still to come.

Behind every event is a huge amount of preparation, planning and teamwork. While audiences see the finished stage, conference, exhibition or live production, it all starts here in the warehouse, where equipment is checked, prepped, packed and loaded ready for site.

A huge credit to our warehouse, logistics and operations teams who have been working flat out to keep projects moving across the UK and Europe.

The lights come on, the shutters lift, and the team get straight into prep for another full week of event production, AV hire and technical support across the UK and Europe. A weekend that did not lift off the gas.

DreamHack Birmingham recently roared into the NEC and instantly became one of the standout moments of the live events calendar. A full throttle fusion of esports, entertainment, cosplay and creators that truly lived up to its “Glastonbury of gaming” reputation.

We were thrilled to deliver full AV production across two of the event's major stages, including the F1 Sim Racing Stage, providing sound, lighting, LED, projection, staging and rigging.

From the first truss in the air to the final chequered flag, it was an incredible team effort alongside High Viz Media Group
