Updated settlement options;
Feedback suggests that many do not like using bank transfer for smaller amounts, even though it is often the only option provided for some commodities.
In that regard, Print costs may now additionally be paid either by:
Card (via PayPal without account),
PayPal Account, both with order,
OR by Cash on completion.
