It should feel like having someone in your corner who understands your priorities, communicates clearly and treats your business with care.

When I support a client, I am not simply ticking tasks off a list.
I am looking at how those tasks fit together, what could be made easier and where I can reduce pressure behind the scenes.

That could mean keeping content scheduled, helping an inbox feel manageable, organising important documents or making sure the small details do not get missed.

It sounds quicker, but those little admin tasks can quietly take over your whole week.

Replying to emails, updating files, scheduling posts, organising your diary and keeping databases up to date may only take a few minutes each, but together they can pull your attention away from the work that really needs you.

A useful exercise for this week:
Write down every admin task you complete for three days.
Then ask yourself:
• Does this task need my expertise?
• Could someone else complete it confidently?
• Would delegating it give me more time or headspace?

Delegation does not mean losing control. It means choosing where your time is most valuable.

You do not have to carry every part of your business alone.

Running a small business means wearing a lot of hats, but that does not mean every task has to stay on your plate forever.
