I work in the IT Team at Excalibur, having a large customer base means there are a lot of customers needing help on a daily basis. Dealing with security, rolling out new software, fixing issues; no one day is the same, but itโ€™s always busy!

As Inside Sales Team Leader, I look after the Mobile and Unified Comms base for our consumers and smaller business customers.

I enjoy the outdoors (in all weathers) so, walking, camping, skiing and going to local festivals. However, I will not turn down a sunny holiday chilling with a margarita... either that or hiding from my two teenage children!
