Rydym yn falch iawn o hyrwyddo a chefnogi’r defnydd o’r Gymraeg yn ein rhaglenni prentisiaethau. Mae gallu dysgu, cyfathrebu a datblygu sgiliau yn y Gymraeg yn gryfder gwirioneddol i’n prentisiaid ac yn cyfrannu at weithle dwyieithog cynhwysol a phroffesiynol.
Mae defnyddio’r Gymraeg mewn hyfforddiant yn:
✅ Cryfhau hyder a hunaniaeth ddiwylliannol
✅ Gwella sgiliau cyfathrebu dwyieithog
✅ Cefnogi anghenion cyflogwyr ledled Cymru
✅ Sicrhau bod gwasanaethau ar gael yn y ddwy iaith swyddogol
Rydym wedi ymrwymo i ddarparu cyfleoedd i ddysgu ac asesu trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg, gan sicrhau bod pob prentis yn cael y dewis i ddatblygu eu sgiliau yn yr iaith o’u dewis.

We are very proud to promote and support the use of Welsh in our apprenticeship programs. Being able to learn, communicate, and develop skills in Welsh is a real strength for our apprentices and contributes to an inclusive and professional bilingual workplace.
Using Welsh in training:
