Hi everyone, I very rarely post stuff like this, but it's for a very good cause. I have two days left to reach my goal. It's been hard and my arms haven't fallen off yet! If you are able to donate any amount, please do 😊 thank you, Adrian

This September, I’m taking on the challenge of completing 100 push-ups a day for Cancer Research UK.

Cancer has affected people very close to me, so this is a cause that means a great deal to me personally. I know it’s going to be a tough challenge, especially as I’m starting from scratch, but I’m determined to do it!.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help support Cancer Research UK’s work and make every push-up worthwhile.

Each year, over 56,800 people are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK. That’s more than 150 people every single day. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat breast cancer.

Thank you so much for your support.

This is the most recent photo of me! 😀
Since coming back from a few days away, I have been up to my eyes in work. I think I've been in touch with everyone that has sent me emails, WhatsApp messages, texts, Facebook messages and voicemails on mobile and landline... If I haven't, please message me again.

Now, I shall get back to running around like the proverbial headless chicken.

I know I'm on holiday, but this is important to share.

Students: beware of fake Student Finance messages

Scammers are sending texts and emails claiming your bank details have changed or your maintenance payment is at risk. The link may open a convincing copy of the Student Finance website designed to steal your login and redirect your money.
Don’t use links in unexpected messages. Open Student Finance yourself through GOV.UK. If you’ve already entered your details, change your password from a clean device, secure your email account and contact Student Finance and your bank immediately.

Summer Valley PCs can check computers and phones used during a suspected scam and help secure affected accounts.
