Covid-19 update.
Swan CD is still open for business.
We will be operating a full remote support operation, and a collect and return service for all systems that cannot be fixed remotely.
New and second hand laptops and PCs are still available, and set up to your needs, delivered to you at your home or place of work.
The prime minister has forbidden the opening of electronic retail outlets, but we will still be operating our service sector for our customers. Contact us on 01792 521158

Are you self isolating or worried about coming into contact with others?

We are all needing to adapt in these trying times, but still have needs that need attending to. If you have a computer fault that needs attending to that cannot be fixed via our Remote Support option (Ring 01792 521158 and we can talk you through online help) then our collect and return option may be for you.

1) Simply telephone us and arrange a collection.
2) We will call you back from outside your house.
3) Open your front door and place your device either outside or in the doorway whilst we stand back.
4) Move back into the house and stand clear.
5) We will take the device, wipe it down and then transport the device to our office for repair.
6) The return is the reverse.
7) No physical contact need be made, and all payments can be taken over the telephone.
