Administration Assistant:
An opportunity has arisen for a part time role as an Administrative Assistant within a fast growing, highly respected cyber security company, based in Sunderland.
Where is the role?
We’re positioned on the banks of the river Wear, just off Wessington Way, with excellent transport links including the A19 being 2 minutes away, the coast to coast running past the front door and a bus stop directly opposite the office.

What you’ll need to bring to the role?
To be successful, you will need to be outgoing, be well organised and articulate with a solid understanding of the Microsoft office suite of products.
You don’t need to be technical or know anything about cyber, we have the staff for that!
About the role.
This is a busy team and your role within it will be to ensure that the day to day essential administrative tasks are carried out with a smile.
The main tasks will include:
-To assist in the co-ordination and diary appointments for the directors.
-Attend meetings, taking accurate minutes and ensuring distribution as requested.
-Provide office administration tasks such petty cash, photocopying, scanning and uploading to electronic client records in SharePoint.
-Maintain information systems ensuring accuracy of data and confidentiality.
-Be confident on the telephone when speaking with suppliers, clients and partners.
-Deal with visitors, take messages and answer enquiries with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
-Procurement - raising and receipting of requisitions and processing invoices for payment dealing with any queries as necessary.
Working hours:
16 hours per week.
The hours are flexible, and we are happy to fit around school drop off/pick up times for parents/carers.
