Update on my Internet situation - temporary cable fitted.
Now working but to a slower speed, somehow my networking hardware in my work area is now faulty so having to order replacements, should be fully back up and running Monday.

Apologies on the delays on any repairs that I currently have in. I have had no network connection for a week, due to maintenance work being carried out in a nearby street. Which has resulted in them cutting through the Virgin Media cable.
I have paid for an urgent engineer to come out tonight and has informed me that they are sending someone out tomorrow morning to attempt the repair.

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused but as soon as my network is back up and running I will be full steam ahead in getting your device/s back to you ASAP.

Customer bought a used RTX 4090 from CeX, became faulty twice. My diagnostics found that the GPU was faulty.

Customer managed to get a full refund from the company and decided to upgrade to a RTX 5090 and 1200W Power Supply.
Both fitted and tested as working

This means that you now need to self-isolate for 7 days and take a COVID-19 test.'
'OK. Can you tell me who that person was?'
'I'm not able to tell you that. That is confidential information.'
'Right. Um... so ....'
'But you do need to be tested within the next 72 hours. So can I just get the best mailing address so that we can send a kit to you?'
'Ok (gives address)'
I just need to take a payment card so that we can finalize this and send the kit to you.'
'Sorry - a payment card? I thought this was all free?'
'No - I'm afraid not. There is a one-off fee of £50 for the kit and test results. Could you read off the long card number for me, please, when you're ready.'
'No - that's not right. This is part of the NHS so there's no charge.'
'I'm afraid there is. Can you give me the card number please - this is very important, and there are penalties for not complying.'

This is how scammers work. And vulnerable people will fall for it.”

Replacement Top Lid ordered from China. Full strip down of the laptop, full clean out with replacing Thermal paste and putty.
Top Lid/Hinge repaired and a general clean down of the device.
