We design, install and support home technology systems for luxury residences in London and surrounding counties as well as their client’s properties around the world. We work with each client in a unique and individual way to achieve the best results. The business has grown steadily by keeping our promises

Homeplay is celebrating 20 years in business this year. And honestly, 20 years ago we did not know half of what we know today.

We have learned from difficult projects and brilliant ones. From designers who challenged us and clients who trusted us and from technology that genuinely changed the way a home feels to live in.

Hitting a milestone like this makes you stop and look back over the years. And when we did, we realised just how much we have learned along the way. So we distilled it down into 20 things we’ve learned over 20 years. Follow along.

Most homes we work on have both air-conditioning and underfloor heating.

But without proper design, you often end up with two chunky plastic thermostats competing for space in every room.

Our approach is simpler: one beautiful control for both systems:

WOW!house 2026: We’re excited to be invited by Samantha Bartlett and Martin Moore to design the technology for their kitchen room.

It’s an opportunity to bring together some of our favourite partners , and all within a beautifully considered space.

We’re especially excited to be introducing Ketra by Lutron to the project. New to the UK, it’s an extraordinary lighting technology. Designed to be felt as much as it is seen, quietly shaping how a space is experienced from the moment you step inside.
