It’s ! As most companies have experienced over the last few months, we have all had to adapt to a ‘New Normal’ and work from home, creating new office spaces, and finding other ways to exercise whilst our usual exercise regimes may have been disrupted.


Throughout lockdown, as a company we have been lucky enough to host Weekly Web Workouts with our in-house personal trainer. Weekly 45 minute sessions have been held to keep our bodies moving and staying strong after spending the majority of the week sat at the desk, indoors.


It’s been fantastic to see different faces getting involved week after week! Physical activity is not only good for your body, but incredible for your mind too!
