On Friday, we swapped our desks for easels, taking some time away from client work to focus on how we work together 🎨

We took briefs to the next level, working in pairs to finish each other’s paintings and strengthening how we collaborate on projects before using our Belbin team roles to reflect on where our communication works well and where we can improve ✅

A huge congratulations to Hollie Franks on her well-deserved promotion to Marketing Manager!

Since joining Starbots last year, Hollie has made a huge impact on the team, consistently going above and beyond in everything she's taken on. In her new role, Hollie will be managing the planning, delivery and performance of marketing activity across client projects and Starbots' own brand, while supporting the development of our growing marketing team.

We’re incredibly proud of everything she’s achieved so far and excited to see what she’ll accomplish next as Marketing Manager 👏🏼
