I hope this doesn't get taken down. Unfortunately this happens to some of the customers I meet now and again, and it puts shame on the IT industry, when there are many honest techs out there going the extra mile for their customers, day in, day out. It is a warning to anybody who is using this company who rips people off by charging a fortune for printer support, (£500) then puts remote software on their PC so they can create "new" faults, which they will then charge to repair. What lovely people.
