What a transformation this is.
The console is finally able to breathe again. We were contacted to help revive this console which has definitely seen better days. It took several days of detailed cleaning to ensure the vents were cleaned out properly and the internals with the fan,motherboard and heatsink were also unclogged and cleaned.

Please share and help raise awareness and warn people not every repair shop is the same.
Nice start to the morning with a clean hdmi port repair on a PS5.
Please be careful when getting your console repaired, make sure to do your research on the person you are going to before allowing them to do any work on your console as they may not be trained and you could be left with what happened in the second photo.
The first photo is the clean hdmi port I've just installed. Thankfully, I was not left with a mess to clean like the second photo.

This is what the first "repairman" did to this customers console!

The second photo is from another repair shop when a customer brought their console in after prior repair. Thankfully, the second repair man is trained and is able to do these jobs and was able to fix the mess that he received.

Please be careful and do your research.
Make sure they are capable of doing the job before allowing them to leave you with a mess like this. We never want to see anyone get ripped off, especially when consoles are so precious and pricey.

Attended to a PS5 that came in with ventilation issues. After opening the internals we noticed we had 2 visitors overstaying their welcome.😆 Kevin and Gerald that sadly had to go.
The heatsink also had thick layers of dust collected as well as the fan was covered as well.
After a deep clean it looked great again.
Make sure to get your console services every 6 months to prevent this from happening. Console cleans only £30

Nintendo Switch Lite in Turqoise came in with no power unable to boot and very filthy.
Our skilled tech was able to diagnose the problem and saw it had a damaged charger port and a short on the M92 IC. After replacing these the switch now powers again.
Time to give this console a deep clean and will be ready to return to the customer.
