We are proud to announce that we have all services back to normal after the COVID19 pandemic. You can visit us and get work done on you PC equipment as before. A lot of extra refinement around helping people remotely has also been done, so its now even easier to get us helping you make your IT equipment work better and safely.

Supply issues easing, but only a bit. We've seen a trickle of products available again, but at higher prices. For good equipment expect to pay a 20% premium on the cheapest equivalents from before Covid 19.

Remote support has come a long way especially over the last year and a half (wonder why ?) . We now often help people using Zoom Whatsapp and Teams using their smartphones, which sometimes gets us around cabling and router problems which obviously were major sticking points for remote access previously. Remote sessions start at £25+VAT=£30 and can be provided ad-hoc when we are open.

Our shop is open again from Monday 12th April. Customers will still be required to follow Covid Safe rules (masks, sanitiser and space), but people can now drop in at will as before. We will still be quarantineing machines for 48hrs as they store dust and have fans. But its easy to chat to us again mask to mask.

We are planning on re-opening our shop for browsing and non-arranged visits December 2nd as long as rulkes don't change.

Just a short note to say thanks to everyone who is visiting us to fix their systems and complying with our Covid secure measures including delaying any work to machines (they pump air after all).
Its great to see customers again even if we all look like we're rustlers from a Western.

A few customers visiting us early in week, followed by 6 visitors today. We will need more wipe down cloths for next week (this weeks' getting a deep wash tonight). Good to see people, even if its tough to see if my silly chit chat jokes are effective (mask make expressions a bit tough.)
One of our customers visiting today (who is classed as vulnerable) appreciates the efforts everyone is making to get things back working in a safe way (masks, wipedown,hand sprays etc). Lets hope things can continue this way and we can get things back up running well in a new safe way.

We are pleased to announce that we are re-opening our shop premises from Monday 15th June.
Things will be a little different, as we are putting in place proceedures to protect staff and customers.

The following rules will apply.

Only 1 customer can be within our shop at any one time.

You can book appointments if this helps

We require use of sanitising spray (provided) if you stay any length of time.

If we will be discussing things with you, we ask you to wear a facial covering or mask,which we have available.

We will not be accepting customers with coughs or sneezes at this time, so please dont visit if you have these.

Any machines that we get in for servicing and require switching on, will need to be quarantined for 2 days before we can work on them, as computers pump air.

Our staff will be wearing gloves and face masks while at work and cleaning surfaces after each customer visits.

Hopefully these rules will keep everyone safer and allow us to help you with your PC problems as before.
