After the exotic Italian bikes we’ve had in this week we’ve followed it up with an exotic Italian super car in the shape of the beautiful Ferrari F8 Tributo. What a stunning machine this was! Light weight carbon fibre was everywhere including the seat frames, wheels and we noticed it had the carbon brake disks as well. It had the ultra exotic Novitec carbon exhaust which sounded like it would shake the workshop to the ground if we left it idling for to long!! What a car!!.

Just a reminder to owners of dash cameras whether they were supplied by us or not it’s important that you regularly format the SD card in the camera. We recommend once a month to keep the card in optimum condition . Un-formatted cards can lead to poor quality footage or worse not recording and missing important events. If you don’t format it your event file may become full and miss an accident so it’s good practice to format regular. Also the SD cards don’t last forever, it is a serviceable part so might need replacing periodically, they work hard in a dash camera mounted to a windscreen and we would recommend checking the footage regularly as well as the formatting just so you have peace of mind the equipment won’t let you down when you need it. If you’ve purchased a camera from us we are always happy to format and support your purchase for as long as you have it. It’s that time of year where the rare and beautiful cars are coming out of hibernation for the summer for drives and car shows. Absolutely stunning Mk1 Golf GTi complete with Mk 2 G60 engine conversion in today. We think you’d call this a restomod car! This thing was the real deal, the conversion was superb and looked factory as did the interior. It’s a credit to the company who converted it and the owner keeping it in this condition. We’ve added the retro Pioneer head unit that looks at home in the dash as well as wiring up the G60 electric Recaro seats. Also we’ve tidied a bit of older wiring to keep the car in tip top condition. The owner will be showing this car at various car shows in the next few months. If you see it have a look under the bonnet and see the beautiful clean engine bay👌

High end Alpine head unit fitted to a.VW Transporter. New modern styling brings the older dash layout right your date. Highest quality resolution on the oversized screen means super clear text and images. Lager screen gives map details that can be harder to see on smaller screen. Also this tablet style screen is fully adjustable up/down and backwards/forwards so it eliminated the sun glare problems the transporters and other vehicles with angled dashes suffer from with flat mounted screen. Alpine is still regarded as the best of the Japanese’s manufacturer and you can tell when handling the equipment and the touch screen is butter smooth and the processor is higher speed so functions are selected much quicker and definitively.

New Ford Transit/VW Transporter factory sound system upgrade Full Hertz system with component speaker in factory locations. Underseat sub and 4 channel amp were mounted under the drivers seat with a custom mounting allowing for a full stealth installation and also means the storage under the passenger seat is unaffected by the equipment. Remote sub level controller gives extra control where the factory radio doesn’t. It’s a massive upgrade on the factory set up and utilises wasted space under the drivers seat and enhances the drivers musical environment in his new van👌

Classic looking new Pioneer head unit fitted into the classic Ford Sierra Sapphire Cosworth. This new but old looking Pioneer unit has all the modern features you need hidden in a retro looking head unit, it comes with Bluetooth hand free and music streaming , Dab + FM tuner, Amplifier output and even a USB port hidden behind the cassette flap. Pioneer really have thought about the looks and functions of this unit, it has variable colour illumination to integrate with older cars dash boards and is matt black just like we remember them from the 80’s. Pioneer even supply it in a retro styled box and it even has the older Pioneer logo on the radio for authenticity.
