We’re so excited that we have rebranded. Unveiling a fresh, clean new look that reflects who we are today and where we’re heading next has been a project the team at EPX IT have enjoyed immensely. 😄

But for us, rebranding is about more than just updating logos, materials and the website. It’s also about acting responsibly in doing so, thinking carefully about the impact of change.

As part of this transition, we found ourselves with a range of items that were no longer aligned with our new brand. This included unused uniforms, as well as jackets, jumpers, totes and bottles and even gently used uniform that was in great condition from our team. Rather than letting these go to waste, we knew there had to be a better way.

That’s why we partnered with a fantastic local community group, 🌍 There is No Planet B Stafford🌱
Their mission to promote sustainability and creative reuse aligns perfectly with our values. They’ll be transforming these items, adapting and decorating them as part of an upcoming sustainable fashion event, giving them a whole new life and purpose.

A big thank you to Lisa, who came to collect the items and is helping drive this initiative forward. We’re proud to support such a meaningful project and to ensure that our rebrand contributes positively beyond our business.
Sustainability doesn’t stop at strategy, it’s in the small decisions too.

The Cloudflare network is currently down - affecting a large number of websites.

Cloudflare shared this morning that it was aware of, and investigating an issue which potentially impacts multiple customers. An update early this afternoon said they are still investigating the issue.

Our team will continue to monitor the situation and provide support and updates to our clients as needed.

Microsoft's Azure, one of the world's biggest cloud service providers, is reported to be suffering outages, triggering widespread internet disruptions across major companies.

Many users cannot access cloud-connected services, websites or apps.

The outage appears to be affecting dozens of platforms that rely on these cloud networks, including Microsoft 365 and Outlook.

If you are experiencing issues it is likely to be due to this outage.

Have you heard about 'evil twin' network scams?

An “evil twin” Wi-Fi network scam is a cyberattack where criminals create a fake Wi-Fi network that looks just like a legitimate one and trick people into connecting to it....
...the same name (SSID) as your office, a coffee shop, or a hotel network....

Once someone connects, the attacker can:

💻 Monitor everything they do online (including logins and passwords)

💻 Intercept data such as emails, messages, and payment info

💻 Inject malware or redirect users to fake websites to steal more details

Please protect yourself!

💻 Always double-check network names before connecting.

💻 Avoid connecting to open or public Wi-Fi unless absolutely necessary.

💻 Use a VPN when you’re on public networks - it encrypts your traffic.

💻 Turn off auto-connect for Wi-Fi on your devices.

When in doubt, ask staff (or the IT team) which network is the real one.
