Today client came in with a battery problem.
They said they can’t go 4 hours without charging their phone 😲
Their iPhone 13 Pro had maximum capacity of 73% after 2 years of use.
You can find the % on your iPhone by going to Settings -> Battery -> Battery Health -> “Maximum Capacity [73%]”.
So the best course of action was to change to a Brand New one. And so we did.
Now we just extended the life of her phone by another 2 years saving her getting a new phone that costs £1000
