Today, we want to put the spotlight on our Commercial Director, Jordan Evans.⁠

Jordan joined circle in 2018 with years of recruitment and sales experience, plenty of ideas and absolutely no plan to become a director.⁠

But over time, something became clear…⁠

Jordan wasn’t only interested in making sales. He wanted to improve how we worked, build stronger teams and understand what made people perform at their best.⁠

He helped rethink how we recruited, how we developed people and how our New Business team operated.⁠

Last week, our engineering team headed off-site for a well-earned day together at Adventure Sports Outdoor Activity Centre in Warwick.

The plan?

🎯 Clay shooting
🚙 4x4 off-roading
🏁 Buggy off-roading

But this wasn’t just about the activities…

It was about bringing the team together and celebrating them.

FINALISTS. GRATEFUL. MOTIVATED.

Last week, the circle.cloud team attended the Central South Business Awards, where we were proud to be named finalists for Best Customer Service.

A small group went along for the evening, including members of leadership and the customer service team who help bring that service to life every day.

It was a brilliant night…

🍽️ A proper sit-down meal.
🎤 Great entertainment.
🤝 Conversations with brilliant local businesses.
🏆 And a room full of people doing amazing things across the Central South.

We may not have taken the award home…

But being recognised as finalists was still a huge moment for us.

Because customer service is something we focus on at circle.

Being named a finalist gave us confirmation that we’re doing something right.

But seeing the other businesses in the room gave us the motivation to do even better.

So, thank you again to the Central South Business Awards for the nomination, the evening, and the recognition.
