Digital loyalty points are now replacing traditional stamp paper cards. All customers need to do is pay with the same bank cards and they will be rewarded automatically with the offer merchants set up. This new system, designed by Payment Loyalty, streamlines the loyalty process, improving efficiency and cutting out the cost of producing paper cards. All of this is done through encryption software ensuring the process is secure and safe for all parties involved.

End of an era. The news was a shock to the nation and to the world. Here at NetPay, we are mourning the passing of the Queen. She will always be remembered for her faithfulness, devotion and commitment to her country. The Queen Elizabeth’s long reign has witnessed vast social change. She dedicated her life as a monarch to her throne and to her people for the past 70 years. At the age of 96, she leaves behind an extraordinary legacy.

FUN FACT - Scottish inventor John Shepherd-Barron was inspired by a chocolate bar dispenser and invented the world's first ATM machine. It was installed in Enfield, north London on June 27, 1967. Since bank cards had not been invented yet, the machine took cheques and only dispensed £10 (£370 in today's money) at a time.

Did you know: The idea of a 'bank holiday' was initially rejected since banks worried about going bankrupt. Since closing a bank on a weekday meant no cash deposits or other financial transactions could be completed until the next day. The political aim of a bank holiday was to give people, some extra days off and to shorten the hours of labour in shops. Thanks to the banker-turned-politician Sir John Lubbock who introduced and insisted on the Bank Holidays Act in 1871, today people are spending more money in stores which helps the economy on bank holidays💰
