A Vegas casino, a 10GB data theft, and... a fish tank. 🐠

Sounds like a plot from a heist movie, right? But it’s a 100% true (and very expensive) cybersecurity lesson.
Hackers broke into a casino’s high roller database. Their entry point wasn't the firewall or even a phishing email.

It was the smart sensors that monitored the water temperature of the fish tank... that were also linked to the casino’s main network.
Hackers found the connection, slipped in quietly, and stole 10GB of data.

This is the hidden danger of the "Internet of Things" (IoT).
