Crantech is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to our European/Middle Eastern client team. The selected candidate will be employed by Crantech and dedicated exclusively to enhancing the client's productivity and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses excellent English Communication skills and is expected to be proficient in a range of digital tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
* Manage and maintain client calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
* Handle email correspondence, prioritizing urgent communication and ensuring timely follow-up.
* Perform data entry, maintain documentation, organizing digital files, documents, and records ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
Communication Management
* Draft, proofread, and edit professional correspondence and reports.
* Serve as a point of contact between the client and internal/external stakeholders.
* Manage virtual meetings, including coordinating attendees, agendas, and documenting action items.
* Participate in internal meetings,keep meeting minutes and provide timely updates on task progress.
Operational Assistance
* Conduct online research to support business initiatives, compiling data into actionable insights.
* Assist in managing client databases, updating CRM systems, and maintaining accurate records.
* Track project deliverables, deadlines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Digital Tools & Platform Management
* Proactively utilize and manage various productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Trello, Asana, Zoom).
* Offer basic troubleshooting and support for digital platforms used by the client's team.
Reporting and Documentation
* Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and meeting summaries as required.
* Ensure accurate documentation and maintain organized digital filing systems.
Miscellaneous
* Maintain a strong awareness and respect for cultural nuances and sensitivities pertinent to the Middle Eastern market.
* Provide ad-hoc support on special projects, events, or other tasks as required by the client's evolving business needs
Requirements:
* Technical Proficiency
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
* Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
Digital Marketing Acumen
* Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media management, content creation, SEO fundamentals, and competitor analysis.
* Ability to monitor and report on performance metrics related to digital campaigns.
Communication Skills
* Exceptional proficiency in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable using Email, WhatsApp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other digital communication tools.
Availability
* Must be available to work in European/Middle Eastern time zone.
