A successful day in Palma at The Superyacht Charities Foundation Golf Event yesterday.

MIMO Connect joined industry colleagues in supporting an event that has become an important fixture in the superyacht calendar, raising funds for carefully selected charities through the support of sponsors, participants and volunteers.

We were pleased to sponsor refreshments at the 10th hole alongside Praxis and spend the day with so many familiar faces from across the industry.

A great day at the sold-out British Superyacht Forum, bringing together 146 delegates from across the industry to discuss the issues shaping the future of our sector.

From yacht management and refit pressures to industry standards, yacht design and evolving buyer expectations, the discussions were insightful, honest and highly relevant.

A big thank you to Richard Selby and the British Superyacht team for creating an event that brought together such a diverse range of perspectives. It was easy to see why the forum sold out.

Our industry needs more events like this. Conversations that encourage collaboration, tackle real challenges and help move the sector forward.

Yesterday, Jason Robertson and Andrew Creed attended the SAMBA event in Eastleigh.

One of the best things about events like these is bringing together people from different parts of the industry. From lawyers and insurance brokers to yacht managers and suppliers, there was plenty of experience in the room and no shortage of interesting conversations.

It was a pleasure catching up with Elliot Bishop from W Legal, Richard Selby from British Superyacht, and Jonathon Turner from Maritime Aviation, as well as meeting several new faces.

A big thank you to SAMBA for organising the event, Corpay for sponsoring the Breakfast, and Eastleigh Football Club for providing such a welcoming venue.
