Job Role: Telemarketing Executives.
Job Type: Monday-Friday - 08:45 - 17:15 - Full Time Position.
No Experience Required.
Full Training Course Provided - Starting from the 22nd June 2026.

Our Telemarketing Executives are a motivated and enthusiastic group of people, and we are looking for like-minded individuals that are going to thrive within a targeted, fast paced environment. We excel in everything we do and pride ourselves on fantastic training and ongoing support to provide you with the tools you need to succeed.

Our Telemarketing Executives are paid a basic salary of between £23,000 - £35,000 per year with OTE in excess of £70K!

Please note this is an office-based role, in Southampton.

Your responsibilities will include:
◾ Initial telephone contact to potential new customers
◾ Using your gatekeeper skills to ensure you speak to the Managing Director or Key Decision Maker
◾ Fluently delivering the marketing script, ensuring the decision maker is excited about the prospect of our product
◾ Ensuring the business qualifies in line with the key criteria then obtaining commitment from the key decision maker for an appointment
◾ Most importantly, Having fun!

Job Role - Customer Account Manager.
Salary (Depending on experience) - £30,000-£40,000.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Account Manager to join our team.

This role is key to building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through excellent service and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
◾ Take full ownership of our Trustpilot profile, responding to both positive and negative reviews in a timely and professional manner.
◾ Proactively encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews and work to resolve and, where possible, remove negative feedback.
◾ Visit customer sites when required to resolve more complex issues, delivering a high level of face-to-face support and strengthening client relationships.
◾ Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns, including tariff updates, track performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and ensure all activity is accurately recorded within the CRM system.
◾ Maintain and update the customer portal, ensuring all information relating to installations, complaints, and customer interactions is accurate and up to date.
◾ Conduct follow-up calls after each installation to ensure customer satisfaction and offer a complimentary gift as a gesture of appreciation.
◾ Proactively contact the existing customer base to engage, qualify, and prepare accounts before handing over to the inbound telemarketing team.
◾ Manage and resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently, ensuring issues are handled promptly and effectively before escalating to Head of Legal, or finance companies.

◾ Leaving a printed quotation with the customer post demonstration or if not possible, ensure that one is emailed to the customer within 24 hours.
◾ Completing all administration associated with the sales process ensuring that all paperwork is in the office within 48 hours of the sale.
